Intimate Cabana

Service Description

The Intimate Cabana is an upgrade you can add to any of the existing igloo packages (Naked Igloo, Dressed Up Igloo, Eskimo Kiss, etc.) We replace the original PVC geodome structure and clear cover top for a breezy aluminum structure with a canopy cabana cover. This upgrade is perfect for the spring/summer! The canopy will shade you from the sun while the open-air breeze will keep you cool. Enjoy! How to book: - Go to our "BOOK ONLINE" tab at the top of our website - Browse our different igloo packages - Select the igloo package you want - Click "Request to Book" - Pick your desired date/time - Fill in your information - Check the book that indicates "UPGRADE to an Intimate Cabana" Your request should be received after submission. You will get an email back within 48 hours if the booking is approved.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to approval. Once your booking is approved, a security deposit of $75.00-$300.00 will be requested to finalize and secure your booking. The security deposit will go towards your total if all items are returned undamaged. The security deposit will be forfeited if any items are returned damaged. Additionally, a damaged fee equivalent to the damaged item will be added. Please cancel within 48 hours to avoid forfeiting your security deposit. INCLEMENT WEATHER/HIGH WINDS Can be very dangerous for our staff and your guests. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the booking due to such conditions. Any cancellation/rescheduling due to weather, a full refund will be issued. Recommended wind speed: Bounce house - 10MPH is not recommend Igloos - 20MPH is not recommended If our team have already set up and the client decides to cancel due to inclement weather/high winds (day of), client will forfeit the security deposit paid for labor cost regardless if the full service has been rendered or not.
