Service Description

Our bounce houses are perfect for adults and kids. Can accommodate 3-4 adults and 5-6 kids at a time. They can be set up indoors/outdoors. Space should be at least 15 x 15. PACKAGE INCLUDE - Intimate Bounce House - Three hours rental block (additional $50/hour thereafter) - Professional on-site assembly - Delivery PLEASE ENSURE OUTDOOR OUTLETS ARE AVAILABLE If not, we have generators available to rent as an add-on. INCLEMENT WEATHER/HIGH WINDS Can be very dangerous for our staff and your guests. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the booking due to such conditions. FEES ASSOCIATED: *Additional delivery fee added to locations 20+ radius outside of DC *Taxes not included PLEASE READ: - We are NOT responsible for scouting locations - Please secure the location and verify bounce houses are allowed - Please ensure a flat surface area clear of debris, dirt, and other objects - Please allow 1 hour for assembling/set up prior to your booking time - Please make sure to clean any decorations, spillage, or footprints to the best of your abilities prior to pick up Any additional questions, please ask prior to booking. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to approval. Once your booking is approved, a security deposit of $75.00-$300.00 will be requested to finalize and secure your booking. The security deposit will go towards your total if all items are returned undamaged. The security deposit will be forfeited if any items are returned damaged. Additionally, a damaged fee equivalent to the damaged item will be added. Please cancel within 48 hours to avoid forfeiting your security deposit. INCLEMENT WEATHER/HIGH WINDS Can be very dangerous for our staff and your guests. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the booking due to such conditions. Any cancellation/rescheduling due to weather, a full refund will be issued. Recommended wind speed: Bounce house - 10MPH is not recommend Igloos - 20MPH is not recommended If our team have already set up and the client decides to cancel due to inclement weather/high winds (day of), client will forfeit the security deposit paid for labor cost regardless if the full service has been rendered or not.
