Service Description
Do you have an idea that you want to make into reality? Please feel free to book a consultation and tell us all about it. We will go over the basic goals, budget, and timeline to ensure your idea becomes a reality.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to approval. Once your booking is approved, a security deposit of $75.00-$300.00 will be requested to finalize and secure your booking. The security deposit will go towards your total if all items are returned undamaged. The security deposit will be forfeited if any items are returned damaged. Additionally, a damaged fee equivalent to the damaged item will be added. Please cancel within 48 hours to avoid forfeiting your security deposit. INCLEMENT WEATHER/HIGH WINDS Can be very dangerous for our staff and your guests. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the booking due to such conditions. Any cancellation/rescheduling due to weather, a full refund will be issued. Recommended wind speed: Bounce house - 10MPH is not recommend Igloos - 20MPH is not recommended If our team have already set up and the client decides to cancel due to inclement weather/high winds (day of), client will forfeit the security deposit paid for labor cost regardless if the full service has been rendered or not.
